Q: I found other provider that offers a better price for dedicated server, can you match their price?
Please contact our sales team. We will attempt to match the price if the specification of the competitors dedicated server and network matches our own.
Q: Is hosting of IRC services allowed?
Hosting of IRC related services is not allowed on RackVibe network.
If you are looking for an IRC dedicated server, please contact our sales and we'll be glad to refer you to one of our partners that do allow IRC services.
Q: How long does it takes to setup a new server?
We provide less then 24h setup time guarantee. The 24h period starts after your billing information has been verified and you made the payment.
If for any reason we fail to install your new server within 24 hours, you will receive credit in the amount of 50% of your monthly fee. The credit will show on your second month invoice.
Q: What operating systems are supported on dedicated servers?
RackVibe currently provides full support for following operating systems:

Q: Do you monitor my server 24x7?
YES. All servers are monitored 24x7. Monitoring interval is 5 minutes. If the server shows as down in our monitoring system, we will attempt to bring it back online.
If we are unable to do so (i.e. the server is hacked and requires reinstall), we will contact you to discuss possible solutions.

Q: How much do you charge to reinstall OS on my server?
We will reinstall your server with your choice of the operating system up to 2 times in one month at no additional cost.
If you require additional reinstalls, you will need to pay a $50 reinstall fee.
Q: How do I get additional IP addresses for my dedicated server?
Please use the online support request form on our website or email support [at] rackvibe.com.
If you need more then additional 16 ip addresses, you will need to provide a justification showing efficient utilisation of at least 80% of your currently assigned ip space.
Q: What is "Free data transfer between compatible platforms"?
Free data transfer between compatible platforms is a value added service we provide to help you transfer your websites and other data from other dedicated server providers.
If you need to transfer data from your old server and to new server from RackVibe and you use different OS or control panel on your old server, we might be able to help as well at no additional charge,
please contact our technical support team for more details.
Q: What if my dedicated server hardware fails?
Please notify us immidiatelly and we'll will replace the faulty hardware as soon as possible.
Q: Do you provide custom dedicated server configurations?
Yes we do. Please contact our sales team for a custom quote that matches your needs.
