How to add JustEdge domains to Safe Sender list in your Hotmail account:


1.       Login to your Hotmail account.

2.       Click “Options” located in your top right corner of your Hotmail account:

3.       Click on the “Safe and blocked senders”:

4.       Click on “Safe senders”:

5.       Enter “justedge.net” to be added and click “Add to list”:

6.       Enter “rackvibe.com” to be added and click “Add to list”

7.       Enter “support-core.com” to be added and click “Add to list”

8.       The “Safe senders and domains” list on the right side [see Figure 4] should include your other senders as well as our 3 domains as shown.

 

Upon completion of the above you can have your passwords resent and you will be able to receive responses from our Billing and Support systems.
